Do you allow pets in the store?
Yes, your pets are always welcome in the store! However, for the safety of all pets in the store, if you are bringing your dog in we just ask that they are leashed and up to date on all vaccinations.
What are your Doggie Daycare Hours?

Do you host Pet Adoptions?

Do you offer Online Shopping?
Yes! You can shop our Pickup & Delivery store anytime. Enjoy in-store shopping, fast curbside pickup and local delivery in Hilton, NY and surrounding areas including Greece, NY, Rochester, NY, Spencerport, NY, Hamlin, NY, Brockport, NY, Webster, NY, Fairport, NY, Henrietta, NY and Irondequoit, NY.
Do you offer Price Matching?
Yes! At Pet Friendly we keep our prices very competitive. However, we understand there is always some store trying to undercut others on specific products. We will not be undercut, so feel free to ask for a price match with any other local pet stores, Amazon or Chewy. Price match can not be combined with any other offer including our exclusive frequent buyer programs. Amazon price match is only valid on items sold & fulfilled by Amazon.
